MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE

SHERIFF’S POSSE COMMUNITY ROAD IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE DISTRICT

On September 10, 2015  6:00 P.M.

Prescott Public Library, Bump Room, 215 E. Goodwin St., Prescott, AZ 86303

(Agenda #1)  The meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M.  Noel Gormay, and Mike O’Connor attended. 

(Agenda #2) Noel’s motion to approve the August 26 minutes with the addition of adding a copy of Bert Kings letter concerning his three levels to improve the RIMD, and attach a map of the areas that he Board was determined that will need repairs (see Links).  Passed unanimously.

(Agenda #3) Tabled until next meeting.

(Agenda #4) No Current events.

(Agenda #5) Reviewed the estimate that was received by Ricketts landscaping to preform repairs to the roads and drainage. Estimate was approved by the Board and a motion was made to award the repairs to Ricketts. Passed unanimously.

(Agenda #6) Future agenda items to include Records retention and purchase of file cabinets for records.

(Agenda #7) To be determined.
