This is a community block party and pot-luck community supper.  It is not intended as an RIMD Board meeting.  However, this notice is to let the community know that two of the three Board members will be in attendance and to remind all that this gathering is open to the public.  

Lone agenda item:  Possible discussion of Noel's resignation/replacement.

No decisions will be made, and any other discussion between board members regarding RIMD business will be avoided.
