AND MAINTENANCE DISTRICT BOARD

PURSUANT TO A.R.S. 38-431.01 and A.R.S. 38-431.02

1) Call to order

2) Vote to select Chairman and Discuss Board membership, roles, responsibilities.  Discuss Lisa Genshock’s departure/replacement and election for Randy Loemker’s board seat.

3) Update and discuss current status of FY2026 financials and discuss and if possible adopt a proposed FY2027 budget.

4) Set schedule for all actions/meetings needed for FY2027 budget including Public Hearing on the FY2027 budget and Courier publication schedule.

5) Discuss possible signage in the district related to non-resident parking and decide if and how to proceed with any action on this subject.

6) Open discussion of future agenda items.
