- Review of SPCRIMD Board roles and responsibilities and approval of any changes.
- Discussion and training for Fiona related to the records maintenance responsibilities. Review current status and activities required for 2026 year-end.
- General review/discussion of open meeting law requirements.
- Planning for future meetings.
