ROAD IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE DISTRICT BOARD

(Agenda #1) The meeting was called to order at 4:10 P.M. Attending were Laura Ross, Joe Veranth, and one additional community member.

(Agenda #2) FY22 year-end financial statements prepared by Laura were audited by Joe and approved.  The results can be  found on the District website, spcrimd.org.

(Agenda #3) A walk-around meeting was scheduled for 7/14/22 at 7:00 P.M.

(Agenda #4) The meeting was adjourned at 4:40 P.M.
