2) Update on road seal project.

3) Review updated FY2025 financials and discuss and adopt a proposed FY2026 budget.

4) Set schedule for Public Hearing on the FY2026 budget.

5) Discuss possible signage in the district related to non-resident parking.

6) Review current insurance coverages and discuss any possible changes.

7) Vote on appointment of Amy Rose to complete Laura Ross’s Board term.

8) Establish titles, roles, responsibilities of Board members.
