MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE SHERIFF’S POSSE COMMUNITY 

ROAD IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE DISTRICT BOARD

On August 30, 2024  4:00 P.M.

2051 Sheriff's Posse Trail, Prescott, AZ.  86303

(Agenda #1) The meeting was called to order at 4:00 P.M. Attending were Laura Ross and Randy Loemker. 

(Agenda #2) FY24 year-end financial statements prepared by Laura were audited by Randy and approved.  The results can be  found on the District website, spcrimd.org under the finances tab.  It was noted that $22,000 which, in the May 31, 2024 meeting, had been approved by the Board to be moved from the operating account to the reserve account had not yet been moved.  Randy moved and Laura seconded that Laura request that the County proceed with this movement of funds.  The motion passed 2-0.
