1)    Call to order

2)    Review and act on any invoice from Ricketts Landscape

3)    Discuss and act on a snow plowing contract with Specialty Paving Contract

4)    Appoint a new Board member to fill the position vacated by Noel Gormay

5)    Discuss and act on the cinder barrels.

6)    Discuss cracks in Weeks, Hawk, and Butterfly Ridge roads.

7)    Renewed discussion of the Gentle Breeze Spring, the SPT ditch, Wolverton Trail sightlines, and any other previously tabled items of concern.

8)    Review finances

9)    Discuss the two blind driveways going in on SPT and whether somebody should write a letter to the city.
