MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE SHERIFF’S POSSE COMMUNITY 

ROAD IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE DISTRICT BOARD

On October 6, 2020,  4:30 P.M.

(Agenda #1) The meeting was called to order at  4:30 P.M.

Attending:  Laura Ross, Shawn Cardinal, Joe Veranth, 4 other community members

(Agenda #2) Joe confirmed the re-election of Laura Ross, and the election of Shanen Lacy to replace Shawn Cardinal on the District Board.

(Agenda #3) Culminating a number of years with less-than-thrilling performance, commitment, and/or cost of various snow plow contractors, we've decided to move forward this year without seeking a contract for regular snow removal on our roads.  There are several District homeowners willing to take on the task, and Leon Dame will take the primary responsibility for the effort.  

Laura Ross will attempt to obtain an arrangement with Yavapai Landscaping for additional support strictly on an hourly as-called basis in case of emergencies.  She will also arrange for filling (or replacement) of all six cinder buckets.  Joe will provide a map showing the cinder bucket locations, and will also loosed the cinders in the ones that are solidly packed.
