MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE SHERIFF’S POSSE COMMUNITY 

ROAD IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE DISTRICT BOARD

On July 30, 2026  5:30 P.M.

(Agenda #1) The meeting was called to order at 5:30 P.M. Attending were Amy Pichowsky and Randy Loemker.  

(Agenda #2) Amy showed reconciliation between the actual FY2026 results recorded by the RIMD and financial statements from Yavapai County, and Randy agreed with the accuracy and reconciliation of the data.  The final FY2026 financial results can be  found on the District website, spcrimd.org under the finances tab.  Randy agreed to send budget spreadsheets to Amy.  Amy agreed to call the county to explore closing (and if possible close) the un-used bond account.
