Board Meeting Minutes
July 17, 2026 7:00 P.M.
The Loemker residence
2190 S Wolverton Trail, Prescott, AZ 86303
1.) The meeting was called to order at 7:00. Randy Loemker, Amy Pichowsky, Lisa
Genshock, Fiona Rivard, and one other member of the public were present.
2.) Randy introduced Fiona Rivard to the Board and explained that she was a candidate to
complete Lisa Genshock's term on the Board since Lisa has expressed that she needs to step down from the Board. Randy moved that Fiona Rivard be approved by the Board to immediately replace
Lisa and take over her role as Records Administrator through 2028. Amy Pichowsky seconded the motion and it was approved unanimously.
3.) Randy initiated a discussion on a possible future meeting which would include training
on the Open Meeting Law as well as to provide training mostly for Fiona, but also for the Board in general on records administration rules and procedures. It was established that August 9 was a
date that worked for all of the board, so a meeting was tentatively scheduled for that day.
4.) During the call to public, there were some general discussions about various road
conditions and property line questions most of which fell outside the purview of the Board, and none of which led to proposals or actions for the Board to consider.
5. The meeting was adjourned at 7:35.
