MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF SHERIFF’S POSSE COMMNITY ROAD IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTANCE DISTRICT BOARD

December 17, 2024, 2:00 P.M.

The residence of Laura Ross

2051 Sheriff’s Posse Trail, Prescott, AZ 86303

1. The meeting was called to order at 2:03 P.M.  In attendance were Randy Loemker, Laura Ross, Lisa Genshock and two other community members.
2. Randy confirmed the re-election of Laura Ross and the election of Lisa Genshock to replace Shanen Lacy on the District Board.
3. Board engaged in a general discussion about possible roles and responsibilities for the new Board. Randy suggested that, as Laura will be working on year-end records maintenance tasks, Lisa may want to work with Laura on this project with the thought that she may be willing to take on some of this work as one of her responsibilities.  Lisa and Laura agreed to work together on this.  Final allocation of responsibilities will be determined in 2025 after Lisa has formally joined the Board.   Randy mentioned that he needs to provide some documents to Laura resulting from his activities over the past year.
4. A call to the public added no additional items.
5. The meeting was adjourned at 2:30 P.M.
