MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE SHERIFF’S POSSE COMMUNITY 

ROAD IMPROVEMENT AND MAINTENANCE DISTRICT BOARD

(Agenda #1) The meeting was called to order at 2:30 P.M. Attending were Amy Pichowsky and Randy Loemker.  

(Agenda #2) Amy showed reconciliation between the actual FY2025 results recorded by the RIMD and financial statements from Yavapai County, and Randy agreed with the accuracy and reconciliation of the data.  The final FY2025 financial results can be  found on the District website, spcrimd.org under the finances tab. 

 (Agenda #3) The meeting was adjourned at 3:15 P.M.
