3. Joe Veranth gave an update on the records management handoff meeting. A large number of records were marked for destruction, and two file boxes of records were passed from Laura Ross to Amy and Lisa. He also pointed out a few remaining action items regarding records as found on the responsibilities list on our web site. Joe converted electronic records of budgets from 2014 through 2025, financial reportss from 2010 through 2023, and Board meeting agendas and minutes from 2009 through 2025 to PDF/A. Permanent records remaining on paper are budgets for 2010-2013, the financial report for 2024, communication between the Board and our attorneys, and D-size construction documents. Randy's motion that reimbursements up to $300 per Board member for miscellaneous administrative costs (such as records file boxes and a disc drive) may be disbursed by Amy without further Board approval was approved unanimously.

 

4. Randy presented the updated list of roles and responsibilities, and his motion to adopt it was approved unanimously.

 

 

 

7. Amy reported that the tree limb on the Ross/Pareja property line protruding into the road had been removed, but the sight line was still obstructed by the juniper bush next to the Pareja driveway. It was agreed that one of the community members could trim that bush after seeking acquiescence from Felix. Lisa granted permission to trim sight lines along

Wolverton Trail on their property. 8. The next Board meeting, to audit the 2025 finances, is planned for the last week in July. Randy may also schedule a meeting to discuss website procedures with Lisa.
