- Update on records handoff meeting and follow on actions required.
- Review and approve detailed roles and responsibilities.
- Confirm payment to be made to Prescott Courier and timing.
- Update and possible decision on trailhead and other possible road signs.
- Updates (if any) on line of sight shrub and tree trimming.
- Discuss possible future meeting topics and dates including annual audit meeting.
- Call to Public.
- Adjourn.
